I am proud to say that V.D.S is committed to the cause of the children and women who are more vulnerable. In this respect we need to go still a long way. Concerted efforts are to begeared to counteract the marginalization of women, by which women are emancipated. Since emancipation of women is a Herculean task, financial resources and human resources and work able network are a must.
